RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Please review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition received.

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items, accessories, underwear, and final sale pieces are non-returnable.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

 

 

2. How to Request a Return

 

To start a return:

 

  1. Email support@the36.la with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

 

Please do not return any item without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be processed.

 

 

3. Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If your return is approved:

 

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

 

 

5. Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

 

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@the36.la.

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

    We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

 

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

 

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider.
