We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

All U.S. domestic orders include free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, restocks), processing may take up to 7 business days.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be issued once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

🇺🇸 United States (Domestic)

Standard Shipping — Free

• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping — $18.00

• Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch

• Available as a paid upgrade at checkout

Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders, regardless of order value.

🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

Standard Shipping — $19.99

• Delivery Time: 6–12 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping — $29.99

• Delivery Time: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Duties and taxes may be charged by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
the36 is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal office.
If still unresolved, email us at support@the36.la within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Please note: the36 is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

5. Shipping Fees

Express shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

• the order is canceled before dispatch

• the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
